Delivery

Delivery is FREE of charge to the UK Mainland for orders over £200. Any orders under £200 will be charged at £8 + VAT.

Extra DPD charges apply to further destinations: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Island of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all items ordered before 1pm on the same day, providing we have the item(s) in stock.

UK – All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. You should receive your item from 1 – 5 working days after dispatch.

We’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above timelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.

Delivery notifications

We will email you when your order is dispatched by us.

Order tracking

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive another email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the courier’s website

Manage your delivery

We have teamed up with the best UK couriers to provide our customers with the best delivery service possible which is both fast and flexible.
If we miss you on the first delivery attempt, we will try again the next working day. Alternatively, you can visit the courier’s website and easily re-arrange your delivery to something which suits you better. You can choose from the following options for your convenience:
• Collect from depot
• Leave in a safe place
• Leave with a neighbour
• Request a different delivery day

Local pickup

If you live locally you might want to pick your item up directly from us. If you wish to do this please call us in advance.

Returns

WPG Shop LTD T/A Aquataps offer a “no-quibble” returns policy. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, inclusive of postage paid. You are however responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods unless the item is faulty, received in error or not as described. We strongly recommend that you retain proof of postage when returning an item.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, received in error or not as described, please Contact Us and we’ll put it right. If you wish to return a product for a refund but are unable to arrange for return to WPG Shop Limited premises yourself, WPG Shop Limited can arrange for collection from the delivery address at a cost of £20 per order(UK Mainland Only). If the goods being collected have any surcharges for dangerous goods (e.g. CO2 or Chillers that contain R600 gas) these will also be added to the collection charges. This will be deducted from the refund for your returned items. We will provide an exchange or refund as required. Items should be returned in their original packaging within 14 days. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post so we recommend that you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number.
