All our Aquataps products come with a 2 year warranty on the boiler and 5 year warranty on the tap. This will start from the date of purchase. If for some reason you were to encounter an issue with your product please contact our UK Customer Services Department. If the product cant be fixed we will offer a new replacement with free of charge postage.
It is very important the filters are changed every 6 months or 2000 litres of water. Failure to replace your filters on time can result in damage to your boiler and tap components and will void any warranties give by Aquataps.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order before despatch for a full refund.
Aquataps offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so if for some reason you are not happy with your choice you can return them to us for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in an “as new” condition. If you would like us to arrange a collection with our courier a £30 deduction will be made from the refund.
Returns Policy
If your product has been received damaged or the wrong product has been sent please notify as soon as possible. If the product has been damaged by the courier please supply images to as soon as possible. Aquataps will arrange a free of charge collection on the items being returned and replace the returned items at no extra cost.
