What criteria apply to our warranty?
1. Registering your Aquatap warranty is a crucial condition to protect your investment.
Condition of Warranty: Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase, as failure to do so will render your warranty invalid.
Peace of Mind: Registering your Aquatap warranty is a fundamental requirement to activate and maintain your warranty coverage. Without this essential step, your warranty will not be valid, leaving your investment vulnerable.
2. Filter Change - Why is this important?
Warranty Validity: Changing your Aquatap filters every six months is a condition of your warranty. Ensuring compliance with this requirement is essential to keep your warranty active and your investment protected.
Water Purity: Regular filter replacement guarantees that your Aquatap consistently delivers the cleanest and purest water possible, free from impurities and contaminants. This is key to enjoying the high-quality water you deserve.
Boiler Protection: Changing filters also safeguards your water boiler from harmful lime scale build-up. By preventing this, you’re extending the life of your water boiler and ensuring it operates efficiently for years to come.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order before despatch for a full refund.
Aquataps offer a 14 day money back guarantee, so if for some reason you are not happy with your choice you can return them to us for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in an “as new” condition. If you would like us to arrange a collection with our courier a £30 deduction will be made from the refund.
RETURNS POLICY
If your product has been received damaged or the wrong product has been sent please notify as soon as possible. If the product has been damaged by the courier please supply images to as soon as possible. Aquataps will arrange a free of charge collection on the items being returned and replace the returned items at no extra cost.
If you are not happy with your product you can return them to us for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in an “as new” condition. If you would like us to arrange a collection with our courier a £30 deduction will be made from the refund.
