Our subscription is straight forward and simple Once you sign up for the regular subscription we take care of the rest. Our Aquataps team will automatically send you your filters every 6 months ensuring your boiler and tap meet all the requirements to keep it fully under warranty.
We will send you a set of filters every 6 months automatically so you do not need to worry about missing the filter change date.
IMPORTANT!
Choosing an incorrect filter subscription may invalidate your warranty, as filters need to be changed every six months.
“Filter Subscription Plan – First Payment in 6 Months – Tap Purchase Required” product must be purchased together with a tap or within 2 weeks after the order date of your tap purchase.
Please note that with this subscription plan, your first filter delivery will occur six months after subscribing.
If you would like your filters to be delivered now, please use the “Filter Subscription Plan – Pay Now – Available for Individual Purchase” product.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. From the Dashboard, navigate to the My Subscription tab and select the Cancel option.
Please ensure this is done at least 7 days prior to your next delivery date. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, please contact us at info@aquataps.co.uk, providing your full name and address.
Change of address
If you move, please log in to your account. From the Dashboard, navigate to the My Subscription tab and select Change Address. Please update your shipping address accordingly.

Delivery charges
Free Delivery is offered to UK Mainland destinations.
We will add an extra delivery charge to below destinations:
- Scottish Islands
- Scottish Highlands
- Northern Ireland
