After doing a lot of research into a Filtered Boiling Tap I came across Aqua Taps. I was a bit dubious at first as the tap was so much cheaper than other suppliers, however on reading the reviews and speaking to Aqua directly I was very impressed with their approach as they were extremely helpful in choosing the right tap for me. The tap was delivered the next day and came in great packaging, and I could see it was very good quality. I opted for the installation service which was fantastic. The tap was installed within 4 days of me placing the order, the technician was professional, friendly and all was completed in just under an hour and a half. The actual tap is great. The pressure of the filtered cold and boiling water is great, plus it is so easy to use. We also opted for the pull- out spray which we didn’t have before on our normal tap which is great for general cleaning which is a great addition. My family love this tap and to make instant tea and coffee within seconds is great. Would definitely recommend Aquataps!

Having reviewed all the hot water tap systems available in the UK, I went for the Aquatap 4in1 Ultra model due to the cost, ease of fitting and features. It has met all our expectations comfortably. Our major issue prior to purchase was the distance from our hot water tank to the kitchen which meant we wasted a lot of water to get sufficiently to wash the dishes. We have just had Aqua’s Pull-Out Spray 4 in 1 Instant Boiling Water Tap installed in our kitchen. It looks very smart, is easy to use and the pull-out spray is great for cleaning the whole sink which kitchen taps without this feature cannot reach. We used Aqua’s installation service and Rob the installer was very professional, leaving no mess and he even took away our old tap.

Bought 2, one for me and other for partners kitchen, The productr is good quality,well packed and delivered quickly. Watched the install video several times before installing.
Advise that you checck existing connections before installing and removing any old taps.
Installation straightforward, Purchased a 35mm punch to make suitable hole which was dead easy, and pretty quick, took longer to get the old taps out. Before turning the water supply back on ensure all connections are suitably tightened and follow flusing instructions on video. Will do partners install next week . All good and happy with this system so far.

Quick delivery and well packaged. I was able to fit the system myself having watched the videos. Overall pretty happy. If fitting yourself beware not to kink the pipes as they restrict the flow and pressure. My only disappointment is the standard cold and hot water pressure is reduced compared to the mixer tap I replaced. I was told this is due to the multiple connections. Boiling works well as does the cold filter just at a reduced pressure which is understandable. For the price, does the job well.

Excellent service from Aqua taps for their telephone support and ordering and it’s a great hot water tap.
I like and rate the Instant Boiling and Filtered Water Tap but there are problems associated with it.
The spring lock for the hot water is very hard to operate such that we struggle to operate it.
Water pressure is poor, even from the domestic hot and cold tap. This is down to the small diameter hose feed pipes.
If the device loses power the unit switches off and needs to be reset (powered on).
The pull-out tap is great, but this enhancement comes at a premium cost.
Would I buy the aqua hot water tap again, yes.
