All our Aquataps products come with a warranty. This will start from the date of purchase. If for some reason you were to encounter an issue with your product please contact our UK Customer Services Department. What criteria apply to our warranty?
1. Registering your Aquatap warranty is a crucial condition to protect your investment.
Condition of Warranty: Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Failure to register within this period will render your warranty invalid.
Peace of Mind: Registering your Aquatap warranty activates your 5-year tap warranty and the standard 2-year boiler warranty. Without registration, your warranty coverage is not valid, leaving your investment unprotected.
2. Want extra protection? Extend your boiler warranty to 5 years.
You can upgrade your boiler warranty from 2 to 5 years for added peace of mind – but only if you:
Register your product within 30 days of delivery.
Purchase the 5-Year Boiler Warranty Extension at the time of tap purchase or during warranty registration (within 30 days).
Replace your Aquataps filters every 6 months using only official Aquataps filters.
Notify us in writing if your tap isn’t installed immediately, so we can adjust your filter schedule accordingly.
Install the system according to our manual, using only Aquataps-supplied parts (any modifications must be approved in writing).
Report any warranty issues within 14 days of first noticing a fault.
🔒 Please note: The 5-Year Boiler Warranty Extension is non-refundable. Failure to meet the above conditions will void your extended warranty.
3. Filter Change - Why is this important?
Warranty Validity: Changing your Aquatap filters every six months is a mandatory condition of your warranty. Staying compliant keeps your warranty active and your investment protected.
Water Purity: Regular filter replacement ensures your Aquatap consistently delivers clean, great-tasting water, free from impurities and contaminants.
Boiler Protection: Replacing filters prevents harmful limescale build-up inside your boiler. This extends its lifespan and keeps it operating efficiently for years to come.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order before despatch for a full refund.
Aquataps offer a 14 day money back guarantee, so if for some reason you are not happy with your choice you can return them to us for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in an “as new” condition. If you would like us to arrange a collection with our courier a £30 deduction will be made from the refund.
RETURNS POLICY
If your product has been received damaged or the wrong product has been sent please notify as soon as possible. If the product has been damaged by the courier please supply images to as soon as possible. Aquataps will arrange a free of charge collection on the items being returned and replace the returned items at no extra cost.
If you are not happy with your product you can return them to us for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in an “as new” condition. If you would like us to arrange a collection with our courier a £30 deduction will be made from the refund.
